Nickolas P. Howard, 21, of Rock Falls, 9:51 p.m. Tuesday; contempt – failure to appear on a charge of theft; given notice to appear in court.

Samantha A. Smoot, 18, of Dixon; 4:24 p.m. Tuesday; warrant for failure to appear on a charge of trespass to residence, two counts – consumption by a minor; given notice to appear in court.
