Hospice staff to host pillow project

OREGON – Clothing will be transformed into keepsakes April 29.

Those who want to remember a loved one are welcome to make memory pillows during Serenity Hospice & Home’s Spring Memory Pillow Project Day. The event will be from 9:30 a.m. to noon in the auditorium at the Ogle County Farm Bureau, 421 W. Pines Road.

Those attending should bring an article of clothing from the deceased. Volunteers from Serenity Hospice & Home will help turn it into a pillow. Admission is free.
