19-year-old facing cocaine charges

ROCK FALLS – A Rock Falls man was arrested Thursday and charged with twice selling cocaine to a Sterling Police informant.

Dylan Fullington, 19, is charged with with two counts of delivery of 1 to 15 grams of a controlled substance and two counts of delivery of 1 to 15 grams of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a church.

As a result of their investigation, Sterling Police arrested Fullington at 10:48 a.m. in the 400 block of First Avenue in Rock Falls.

In March, Fullington sold $200 worth of cocaine to an informant in the 300 block of West Third Street, police said in the release.

He was taken to Whiteside County Jail and has a bond hearing today.
