ROCHELLE – A Rochelle man is charged with dealing marijuana in the wake of a joint Rochelle/Ogle County investigation, Sheriff Michael Harn said in a news release.

Kyle S. Lowe, 24, was arrested Monday at his home in the 900 block of Lakeview Drive and charged with manufacture or delivery of 30 to 500 grams of marijuana, a felony. Bond was set at $25,000; he posted 10 percent and was released.

The investigation continues, Harn said in the release, sent Wednesday.

Lowe has a 2006 conviction for misdemeanor marijuana possession in Ogle County, court records show.
