Timothy M. Phillips, 20, of Dixon; 7:30 p.m. Saturday in the 700 block of West Third Street; Dixon police warrant for failure to appear on consumption and possession of alcohol by minor; taken to Lee County Jail.

Markus W. Baker, 29, of Dixon; 1:36 a.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of South Galena Avenue; DUI alcohol and a taillight violation; taken to Lee County Jail.
