Use greater care when proofreading

I started to read the Dec. 16 Telegraph and was disappointed in your ability to proofread. This is not the first time I have noticed these typos; this is just the first time I felt compelled to write.

The Bears did not beat the Lions, as your headline stated; rather, they beat the Browns.

Also, on the front-page article about Shopping Small, the headline reads, " Local businesses enjoy vamp in sales."  I believe that you meant to say "ramp” in sales.

I know how easy it is to allow spell checker to do its job, but I believe that words are your business, and more care should be taken with proofreading. Thank you for allowing me my opinion.
